Only members are entitled to UFF representation for grievancesand arbitration. Non-members must hire their own attorney to defend their rights and resolve their disputes with the College.
Without the union, the administration will impose an even greater, top-down corporate management philosophy, which will treat faculty as expendable employees, rather than the collegial governance approach the union seeks.
